The Creative Reception by @CRWNMAG is an ongoing project with a mission to change the way Black people are seen in media. It is an opportunity to exchange ideas, techniques and resources with creatives in your city and beyond. It’s also a chance to learn what we’re up to and how you can lend your creative excellence to our ever-expanding vision.
For the first time, we’re bringing the CRWNMAG Creative Reception in Dallas, TX! We couldn’t be more excited to tap into the vibrant community here — and to celebrate some of the city’s most talented creators.

Join us on Wednesday, November 20th at 7pm in Oak Cliff, Dallas for a conversation between our Chief Creative Nkrumah Farrar, photographer Temi Coker and stylist Diamond Mahone; followed by a mixer with the CRWNMAG community. Come mix, mingle, sit for a portrait, and meet some of today’s foremost creative talent.
